Our commitment
We are committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and we aim to conform substantially with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also support the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Measures we take
- semantic HTML structure with a single primary heading per page and a logical heading hierarchy;
- descriptive alternative text for meaningful images;
- keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states;
- color and type choices intended to maintain readable contrast;
- responsive layouts that support zoom, reflow, and small screens;
- descriptive link text rather than generic phrases;
- accessible form labels and clearly announced status messages.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known or possible limitations include third-party embedded content that we do not control, complex imagery whose descriptions may be incomplete, and newly published pages that have not yet completed review. We treat any reported barrier as a defect to be fixed.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. We review pages as they are created or revised, and we address reported issues as promptly as is reasonably practicable. This statement reflects our current good-faith assessment and is not a warranty of conformance.
Feedback and assistance

Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you are using. We will acknowledge your message and work to provide the information you need through an accessible alternative.
