Privacy Policy.

We collect as little information as possible, use it only to respond to inquiries and operate this site, and never sell it. This policy explains exactly what is collected and what your choices are.

Effective August 1, 2026 · Last updated August 1, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected in connection with this website (the “Site”). It applies only to this Site and not to any third-party website, including the websites of independent local professionals linked from the Site, each of which maintains its own privacy practices.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to enter — typically your name, email address, the nature of your interest, and your message. Providing this information is voluntary.
  • Automatically collected technical data. Like nearly all websites, our hosting infrastructure and content-delivery network automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and date and time of access. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and aggregate traffic analysis.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information, and we ask that you not submit government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or credentials through the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13); if we learn we have, we will delete it.

3. How we use information

  • to receive, review, and respond to your inquiry;
  • to refer your inquiry, at your request or where clearly implied by its subject, to an appropriate independent professional;
  • to operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Site;
  • to analyze aggregate usage and content performance;
  • to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents;
  • to comply with law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only:

  • to service providers that operate the Site on our behalf — hosting, content delivery, form processing, and email delivery — under obligations to use the information only to provide those services;
  • to the designated inquiry recipient and, where appropriate to your request, to the relevant independent professional best able to answer it;
  • as required by law — in response to lawful requests, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental demands, or to protect rights, safety, property, or to investigate fraud or abuse;
  • in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets relating to the Site.

5. Retention

Inquiry submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, to maintain a record of the communication, and to comply with legal or recordkeeping obligations. Server and security logs are retained on our providers’ standard schedules. You may request deletion of your inquiry as described below.

6. Security

The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a website of this nature. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk, and you should not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as individuals covered by the EU/UK GDPR, may exercise applicable rights including, where relevant, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, submit a request through the contact form describing the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity or the authority of an authorized agent before acting. Because the Site collects very little information, we may be unable to associate a request with any records.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not use cross-site advertising trackers. Where a Global Privacy Control signal is presented, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information.

8. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process personal information on the bases of: your consent (contact-form submissions and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, aggregate analytics, and responding to inquiries); and compliance with legal obligations. Information may be processed in the United States; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or data handling. Review each third party’s privacy policy before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” line. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact

Privacy questions and requests must be submitted through the contact form, which is the only communication channel offered by this Site. This policy is effective as of August 1, 2026.
